The HUR Dual Function Abdomen/ Back Extension machine is specifically designed to help older adults comfortably exercise the back and abdominal muscles for targeted core strengthening. HUR’s fitness equipment incorporates the latest research-based design and technology, and is the only air-resistance strength training solution that is specifically designed for seniors.

Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.

Abdomen / Back unit is for exercising both abdominal and back muscles. This unit is equipped with range limiters, isometric strength testing possibility and adjustable lever arm.
