The HUR Body Extension is specifically designed for older adults to safely and independently build strength in the glutes and hamstring muscles. The seated leg extension exercise machine follows the natural movement of the muscle for safe strength training; SmartTouch technology features are accessible and non-intimidating for seniors.

Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.

Body Extension unit has been designed to target glutes and hamstrings. This unit has range limiters, which help to cut out dangerous areas of movement.
