The HUR Chest Press machine is specifically designed for older adults to safely and independently build strength in the chest muscles while increasing tone in arms and shoulders.
Air resistance allows for near-zero starting loads and 100g increments allowing exercise for all. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.
Chest Press exercise is for training back and shoulder muscles. Both lever arms move independently.
