The HUR Optimal Rhomb has been designed for safe and motivating strength training for seniors, over 50s and for rehab. The HUR Optimal Rhomb targets the rhomboideus muscle group of the back, neck and arms.
Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.
Optimal Rhomb unit provides targeted training of pectoralis muscles of chest. This unit is also equipped with range limiters and isometric strength testing possibility.
