The HUR Dual Function Accessible Twist machine is specifically designed to help wheelchair bound older adults build strength in the important core rotation muscles in the shoulders, back and abdomen.
Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.
Twist targets all the most important trunk rotation muscles (shoulder, back and abdominal muscles). In this model legs rotate and trunk stays fixed. Twist is equipped with range limiters and isometric strength testing possibility.
