The HUR Dual Function Twist Medical machine targets the most important core torso rotation muscles in the shoulders, back, and abdomen, while allowing the upper body to remain stable.
Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.
Twist unit targets all the most important trunk rotation muscles (shoulder, back and abdominal muscles). Lockable lever arm and reversible rollers make it easy to get into and out of the machine.
