The HUR Optimal Rhomb is upper body exercise equipment for seniors to safely build strength in the rhomboideus muscle group of the back, neck and arms. HUR USA machines come with a digital, automated training system that allows for evidence-based, smarter, and more independent exercise and rehabilitation.
Air resistance means near-zero starting loads and 100g increments – ideal for beginners and for early initiation of rehabilitative therapy. SmartTouch technology allows for independent exercise and automated record keeping.
Optimal Rhomb machine has been designed to target rhomboideus muscle group. The machine can be used with wheelchair.
